📍Located in a new build development with concierge (weekdays 8am-7pm). 3 minute walk from Putney station and 7 minute walk to East Putney (District Line). Looking for a female only to take over the room from 9th of June. Reason for leaving - moving to my boyfriend’s place.

🏠The flat is clean, bright, well kept and comes
fully furnished. Big balcony that can also be accessed from the room. Double bed is staying.

Looking for female professional, non- smoker, no pets who is respectful of shared living, very clean, tidy and quiet. While we enjoy socialising outside the home we value calm and comfortable environment and don’t typically have guest around / sleepovers.
