Hi There! We’re looking for a fab gal to join us in our large 3-bed Putney flat from May 20th! (6+ months) 🏡

✨About the Room:
The room is a large unfurnished double with plenty of room for a desk 💻. You even get an extra large wardrobe thrown in (if you want it!) 🤓

🏡 About the Flat:
Situated 1 min walk from Putney station 🚞 and 7 mins from East Putney tube, it is SUPER central to Putney and super easy to get to Waterloo. We have 2 bathrooms, incl. a bath and shower room 🚿🛀 The kitchen/living area is open plan and opens out onto a sunny balcony that is perfect for an Aperol in the Sun 🍹. We’ve got every supermarket under the sun in Putney but there’s a new M&S worth shouting out haha 🫱🏻‍🫲🏼

We’re two gals, both 30, working in the City - super social and really looking for someone to join us in keeping the flat clean, cosy and fun 🥰. We love a wine but also a good chill on the sofa and are looking for someone who wants to join that dynamic just in time for a (hopefully) gorgeous London Summer ☀️

💵 Cost:
£1300 per month (incl. council tax band D + bills)
