Beautiful, light-filled room in a fully furnished flat in one of Putney’s most desirable, safe areas.

You’ll be living with two friendly, like-minded housemates:
• Roisin (32) – Head of Year
• Annabelle (32) – Area Manager (Retail)

We also have another vacant room we’re looking to fill!

The flat has a calm, welcoming feel - we all enjoy our own space but also come together for the occasional run, cosy film night or dinner. It’s a home rather than just a house share.

The room & flat:
• Bright room with double bed, drawers, built in cupboard. Please note that this is a single room.
• Fully furnished flat throughout (you don’t need to bring anything!)
• Access to large communal gardens, picnic areas, secure bike storage & a private balcony

The practical bits:
• Bills approx. £100/month (split evenly)
• Fortnightly cleaner (cost shared)
• Ideally suited to someone not working from home

Location:
Perfectly positioned just 5–10 minutes from Putney High Street, local gyms, supermarkets, Putney Heath, and both Putney & East Putney stations.

Move-in date: 4th May

We’re looking for a female housemate (26–34) who is tidy, considerate and values a relaxed, respectful home environment.
