Double room in East Putney ! ✨

Hi there! We have a lovely double room available in our 4-bed flat. We’re looking for a friendly, like-minded girl to join our home! 🏡

You’ll be sharing with three girls in our mid-20s (2 professionals, 1 masters student). We all moved together 3 years ago, and now looking for someone to join us since once of the girls got engaged and is moving with her fiancé. We are a social house who enjoy a trip to the pub, a movie night in, but equally enjoy our independence and down time. We value a clean, tidy flat and are respectful of each other’s space. Bonus for future flatmate, there are always homemade cookies and banana bread in the kitchen!

The flat is spacious, fully furnished, and gets amazing natural light through large windows. The room has plenty of storage/closet space and you’ll be sharing a bathroom with two other girls. The living room and kitchen are spacious and there’s also a private balcony that gets nice sun in the afternoon/evening!

We are tucked between Putney and Wandsworth, about a 10min walk to East Putney Tube (District Line), 15 min way to Putney Station ( SWR) and to Wandsworth Park along the river. There’s also a bus stop right outside the flat (37, 337 and 170). All the essential shops are within 10 min walk too.

Rent is £990pm plus bills (under a £100pm). The room is available for 4 months from May 1st with the potential of a rolling monthly contract after our 1 year lease ends in August.
