Double Room with Ensuite in Putney!

Hi everyone!
I’m looking for someone to take over my double room with a private ensuite as I’ll be moving out of the house.

Available anytime from now until May 2026 (flexible move-in date)
£1025 per month (bills not included – usually around £80)

You’ll be living with three friendly housemates (1 guy and 2 girls), all young professionals, so ideally looking for someone aged 22–28 who will fit well into the house. Unfortunately no couples, students, or pets.

About the room:
The room is a spacious double with its own private ensuite, furnished with a bed, wardrobe, and drawers, with space for a desk if you work from home.

-Living room
-Well-equipped kitchen
-Separate laundry area
-Driveway and garage for parking or extra storage

Location highlights:
-Walking distance to Sainsbury’s Local
-Close to Barnes railway station, Putney railway station, and East Putney tube station
-Several bus stops nearby
