Bright double room in Putney

Looking for a housemate to take over my contract in a bright spacious double room.

We’re looking for a new housemate to join our lovely home—a calm, and welcoming space that’s perfect if you enjoy having your own routine while living with friendly, easygoing people.

The room itself is bright with plenty of natural light and perfect for capturing the afternoon sun. It comfortably fits a double bed with lots of space for storage.

The house has a spacious open plan kitchen and living area, with high ceilings. There’s also a modern bathroom with both a bath and shower.

You’ll be living with friendly housemates who are quiet and respectful, but tend to have their own very busy schedules and routines—so the house has a nice balance of sociable and independent living.

The house is situated 1min away from Putney Overground station and about 8mins from both East Putney and Putney Bridge tube stations so great transport links.

I have lived here for the last 18 months however now need to be closer to work and am sad to be leaving this lovely flat.
The contract originally ran until August 2026 however will become rolling in May 2026 as per the new rental act.
