We have a refurbished luxury ensuite bedroom with high ceilings available suitable for young professionals or mature students.

The bedroom is fully furnished with a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, desk and chair.

The flat has three ensuite bedrooms, and the master ensuite with high ceilings is available. The rent is £381 pw or £1,650 pcm with all bills included. An excellent cleaner comes once a week, and the cost of this is included in the rent. Superfast 1GB broadband is also included.

The other flatmates are a young professional working in marketing, and another flatmate to be confirmed. All bedrooms are en-suite/have their own bathrooms.

We have redeveloped the entire building, so the kitchen, bathrooms, appliances, and furniture are all brand new and to the highest standards.

Putney train station is also within a five minute walk from the flats. The flats are on the opposite side to the train tracks, so you should not be affected by the noise from the trains.
