Room in shared flat on the 3rd floor of a modern, purpose-built block off the Lower Richmond Road, close to Putney Common. Our flat is very light and bright, with a lovely sitting-room and a south facing balcony.
It’s clean, quiet and safe.
You would be sharing with two graduate professionals (mid 30s), room on offer is 3m x 3m and has a comfortable double-bed, built-in wardrobe/cupboard, bookshelf and large chest of drawers. There is plenty of storage space elsewhere in the flat. I have lived here for over 3 years and love it!

The flat comes with a fully-equipped modern kitchen and a newly-fitted bathroom. It has gas central heating, double-glazing and a very efficient new combi boiler which keeps our bills really low (£50 a month each).

We're looking for one friendly person to move in and share with two "professional" females who love theatre, gaming and cooking. Our ideal flatmate would be fun but also responsible and respectful of our shared spaces.
Everything is split three ways and hopefully we'd all be able to get along well.
The flat is located in Putney which is one of London's nicest boroughs, and only 5 minutes from the river. Many lovely pubs, restaurants, cafes, boutiques, big-name stores and several supermarkets are located in or near Putney High Street, which is 10 minutes’ walk from the flat. There are also several parks and a path along the river for walking, biking or jogging all the way to Hammersmith and Kew Gardens.

Putney is in London Transport's Zone 2. The bus-stop is just 2 minutes from the flat: #22 direct to Piccadilly; 265 west to Putney Bridge Tube, east to Tolworth; 485 west to Wandsworth, east to Hammersmith. The nearest underground station is Putney Bridge (District Line) which is a 15 minutes’ walk over Putney Bridge, or less than 10 minutes by bus. Putney Railway Station is about 15 minutes’ walk (20 minutes to Waterloo); or just 10 minutes to Barnes Station.
