There is a large sitting room with a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, etc to one end - furniture includes sofa, armchair, dining table with 4 chairs and a Smart TV currently with a Sky package. The hallway is large and has built in cupboards which contain the boiler and washing machine.

The block is purpose built and has secure entry, a lift and a porter.

The current flat mate is very tidy and easy to live with. She is a professional and would prefer to share with another female professional who likes to keep the flat clean and tidy.
