Please note - Would prefer someone who is clean and tidy, someone who contributes towards cleaning such as a deep clean of the kitchen, bathroom and hoovering. Not just relying on the other person!

About the flat: An extremely bright and airy 2-bedroom flat on a very popular river road location in central Putney. Modern bathroom, with modern and sizeable kitchen. Split level layout provides privacy for both double sized bedrooms. All major appliances are included (Fridge / freezer, washing machine tumble dryer, dish washer, microwave, kettle and toaster). The living room has a corner sofa set including a 37" flat screen TV. Access to low maintenance private garden ideal for summer BBQs with room for bikes.
About the room: The room is a good sized double bedroom c/w double bed with mattress, white built-in wardrobe and a separate white wardrobe.

About the rent & bills: We will be dealing with the landord directly and not via an agency. Rent will be paid monthly directly to the landlord. Rent will be £950 per calendar month. Bills are NOT included and will be shared equally between the number of tenants approx £130 per room a month. Trying to get lower with a cheaper broadband provider.

I manage ALL the household bills (council tax, TV license, water, gas & electricity, Fibre broadband) each month, meaning less for you to worry about. All appliances recently changed and new roof built also.

About the area: Only 5 minutes from Putney Bridge tube, 7 minutes to Putney mainline and 3 minutes to Putney High Street and less to the river. Wandsworth Park is a stones throw away which includes a putt-putt course and a great little pub called "the cats back" ideal for Sunday roasts. Putney High Street boasts all the major shopping brands. There is also a Sainsburys, Pure Gym less than 5min walk including an Odeon and a GBK. On street parking easily available through the council and not included in the rate.

About Me: Im a British Female, 42, that works in PR. I am very easy going, relaxed and get along with everyone. I love the gym, running, cycling, travelling regularly, enjoy going to the movies, eating out, going to see shows (all the normal things).
