Hi, I'm looking to sublet my room for a month or more in a sunny property with eat-in-kitchen, lounge, study and terrace only a block from the river. You'd be sharing with one other fabulous woman called Hannah.
The house is 5 or 6 mins walk to Putney or Putney Bridge stations. And lots of buses go through Putney (Zone 2). It's a great area for exercise along the river, restaurants and bars.
Rent is £850 a month (or part thereof) and bills £150 a month - paid in advance.. A deposit is preferred but happy to negotiate depending on length of stay.
