Fulham room to let in all girls flat!!

Move in Tuesday 14th May!

Hi girls!

I am moving out of our lovely Fulham flat and looking for someone to take over my room! You will be sharing with two lovely girls both in their mid-twenties, who work a mix between the office and home.

The flat is located directly opposite Putney Bridge tube stop (literally 10 steps away), and is a 10 minute walk from Parsons Green, Fulham and Putney high street is just over the bridge. I’ve loved living here the past 1.5 years and it feels very safe and is very residential/well connected to central London.

The room is furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and a wardrobe. It’s a small double with lots of light and although there isn’t room for a desk in the room, you have exclusive use of the lounge if you wfh. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine and plates/cutlery. The bathroom is shared. The letting agent is very good at providing furniture on request, e. g. a mattress and a single bed frame if that's something you'd prefer to have more space in the bedroom.

Rent is £881.40 and all bills come to roughly £130 each per month.
To pay to the leaving tenant -
£940 deposit + £483 (remainder of pro-rata rent) it’s then £881 going forward + bills.

Just a heads up to pass the landlord referencing you will need to provide ID, right to work in UK (if non-eu resident), previous landlord reference, employer reference and 3 months of bank statements. This means no students unfortunately!

Looking for a girl in her mid twenties who is tidy, respectful and easy going. The girls preferably want someone who genuinely wants to be a friend and who likes to hang out in the evenings and enjoys a pub trip.
