You would be sharing a kitchen and bathroom with just me.

Please no work from home applicants as the living room is my studio during the day and the kitchen is accessed through the living room.

The flat is on the first floor of a small modern block and it has a super shared garden surrounded by trees. There is outdoor seating as well as bike racks.

It is well served by Putney Bridge station as well as being on multiple bus routes. The room has a kingsized bed, a large built in wardrobe with plenty of storage space, another double wardrobe, a Victorian storage cabinet and several chairs. There is ample room if you wish to add items of your own furniture such as a desk.

There are ample lovely shops and cafes and also many riverside restaurants and pubs on the doorstep, and Fulham Palace Gardens is a stones throw away.

Rent is £950 inclusive of bills and the internet and is available from the 1st March.
