Hi we are looking for someone to take over the lease from our friend Alex who is sadly mooving out.
We are Zoe - 25 year old professional from Ireland and Colin - 26 year old professional from France. We enjoy hanging out together going for coffees, watching movies and going to the pub and cooking . This is a very social flat!
The flat is 3 bedrooms and this one is a double room that comes furnished. We also have a roof terrace for bbq and sunny hang outs and also a massive kitchen living space with 270° windows so lots of sun! We have the lease until September so as a minimum this must be until then with possibility of extension .
We are 6 mins from Putney Bridge and 10 from Parsons Green so pretty well connected with great restaurants and cafes near by as well as the river and Fulham pier!
