We have a double room available in our cozy 3 bedroom Putney flat.
The flat is located at the top of Putney hill and is roughly a 15 min walk to both Putney Overground and East Putney Station. There is also a bus hub round the corner.
The room will be available from 9 March, but I can be flexible if needed.
The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, 2 bedside tables, drawers, and heaps of wardrobe space (desk not included).
Rent is £1018 + bills (roughly £100-110, we are in the Wandsworth tax band) and the deposit is £800.
You will be living with 2 lovely girls - Grace from USA and Caitlin from Scotland, both in their mid-late twenties!! They have been a dream to live with! They’re looking for someone who has their own thing going on, but wants to make this flat their home.
