Bright and sunny double room available in a cozy shared flat in putney!

I’ve lived here for about 3 years and have loved it, but unfortunately I am moving back to America and need someone to take over my lease.

About the flat:
-Rent is £907 per month + bills (usually around 90-100)
-3 bed split level flat, shared kitchen, living room, and bathroom
-Super quiet block area, we are on the top floor as well so no noisy upstairs neighbors! -Shared garden that is beautiful for a picnic especially in the spring/summer
-Bike storage available, I think parking might be available but will have to confirm with the landlord
-lease ends in August, with a chance to renew

Location:
- 15 minute walk from East Putney tube station (district line)
- 12 minute walk from Putney Station (south western railway)
- 2 minute walk from major bus hub with buses into central, Clapham, Kingston, etc
-15 minute walk to putney high street that has pretty much any shop you’d need
-20 minute walk to river
- 5 minute walk to get to Putney Heath/wimbledon Heath, beautiful walks!

Flatmates:
You’ll be sharing with 2 lovely girls, Kayla (26) and Caitlin (28). Both are nice, tidy, and friendly! We like to sit and chat but also enjoy our own separate lives, it’s a great vibe within the flat so we’d love to find someone who will fit in well.

Females only 25-30, no smokers, no pets
