We are looking for a new flatmate to take over a room in our 2-bedroom lower ground flat at Queen’s Gate from September 30th.

The flat has an open-plan kitchen and a decent living room, with a sofa and a dining table.

Your room would be the larger room and is offered at £225 per week + utilities. The room is furnished with a double bed, mattress, 2 large wardrobes/storage cupboards and a study desk.

Imperial College South Kensington campus is just across the road and can be reached in 2 mins.

It’s just a 5 mins walk to the nearest Tesco and a 10-15 mins walk to a large Sainsbury’s. In terms of transport, South Kensington station and Gloucester Road station are both just 5 mins walking distance.

We are just down the road from Hyde Park and it’s only 5-10 mins walk to the lush greenery and relaxing lake views. Perfect for a quick getaway when you’re feeling tense :)
