I’ve lived in the house for the past 5 years but now I’m moving in with my GF, so my room is available for someone else to enjoy.

I have the top floor room with backyard views, toilet/basin and Juliette balcony- also is very quite as away from street noise and living spaces.

A second room is also available as my housemate Nick is also moving in with his GF :) It is in the middle floor and very spacious.

Both easily fit a king bed, desk, drawers, wardrobe etc. They come unfurnished but we don’t need the furniture so can sell for a bargain.
Located conveniently between Queen’s Park and Kilburn Park - down a quiet Mews but still close to all the takeaways, supermarkets and parks.

Transport: Bakerloo Line, Jubilee Line, Overground to Euston, Overground to Clapham Junction, plus many bus routes into the city.

Sharing the house is Caroline who works in the movie industry and Alex who is a digital designer.
