Cosy double in friendly share at bargain price

It's time for me to leave this lovely room in a lovely neighbourhood.

We are looking for a friendly and tidy female to join them in this cosy 4-bed flat in Queen's Park.
The room is a double with loads of light from morning onwards for most of the day through a big south-facing window and there’s a tree in front of it. It comes with a double bed, wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The flat also includes a comfortable communal living area and kitchen with a big fridge, freezer, microwave, dryer and washing machine. The flat has one bathroom (shower/bath combination) and two toilets.

There are 4 rooms in the flat but because of COVID, it's just three of us. The fourth flatmate is also looking for a replacement, as she had to leave to her home country. The two flatmates you are going to meet are professionals from international backgrounds (Italy and the Philippines) and are looking for another female professional or student in their 20s-30s. As we all live busy lives there is a friendly and relaxed vibe in the flat but also we all respect our privacy. We are looking for a long term stay.

Rent is £483.50 per month, which is a steal, especially for the area. In addition, bills come to around £70 per month, which includes wireless internet, council tax, water, gas and electricity. It varies by the seasons a bit, but doesn't normally go higher than that.

Queen’s Park station, only a 5-min walk away, is served by the Bakerloo Line, Overground (Euston line), and several buses, including two-night bus lines. Most of them, to central London, Notting Hill, White City, Willesden etc, run from right outside the flat. Kensal Rise and Kensal Green Overground stations are just a 10-min walk in the opposite direction and give access to the east and south-west.

Both Queen’s Park and Kensal Rise are charming and family-friendly areas with loads of nice bars, restaurants, cafes, independent shops and green spaces, and feel very safe. The part is a 10 mins walk away.
