Our recent flatmate and dear friend has moved out of our cosy upstairs flat so we are looking to replace her!

This flat is located a 10 minute walk from Queens Park Station (Bakerloo and Overground) which can get you to Oxford Circus within 15 minutes! Kensal rise station (Overground) also, if wanting to explore leafy areas like Richmond and Hampstead Heath!
There is also a bus that goes from right around the corner that will get you straight into central London.
So this is a great location for commuting into central.
We are a 15 minute walk from Ladbroke Grove Sainsbury superstore for groceries, as well as within 10 minutes from Tesco express and M&S Simply food.
Westfield is also a 20 minute bus away, although I personally get the bus to Oxford Street if needed!
A lovely area with Portobello road market in notting hill around a 20 minute walk away if wanting to explore weekend markets!
