Double Room in Beautiful Queen's Park

Hi there!

We are 2 flatmates looking for a 3rd one to fill the available room in this beautiful 3 bed flat in Queen's Park.

The flat is split across 2 floors. The top floor consists of a spacious living room, a toilet, a kitchen, the available room, and of course the beautiful spacious terrace. The bottom floor has two bathrooms (one en-suite) and two rooms. The shared toilet and bathroom will be shared between the new flatmate and the current flatmate who's a male.

It's a short walk (7 mins) from Queen’s Park Station (Bakerloo and Overground) and 10 mins walk from Westbourne Park Station (Hammersmith and City and Circle lines. Portobello road and Notting Hill are a 20-minute walk from the flat while the area has a lot of cute bars and restaurants.

We're 2 friends from uni, one Greek and one Turkish, who like to hang out but also enjoy their personal space and time. We like to keep the place clean and tidy. We usually keep it chill during the weekdays but we also like having people over every now and then (the terrace is great for BBQs). We're looking for someone who will treat this place as their home rather than a place to sleep and it's important for us that we find the right fit :) We'd love to be able to hang out with you but if you also enjoy your personal space that's also okay!

One of us works 5 days in the office while I work mostly from home, however, as the internet is not great on the bottom floor(where my room is)I have to use the living room as my working space. The available room can fit a small desk if you work from home. The desk in the photo belongs to the current flatmate so they will take it with them when moving.

Rent is £750 plus bills which come around to 100/125 depending on electricity/gas bills. The room is available on the 15th of September and unfortunately, there is no flexibility to move in earlier as the current flatmate will be moving out on the 14th.
