It is a lovely, large, bright, spacious room facing the gardens behind, with a bright South Westerly aspect and sun all afternoon.
Rent is £1,050 per month and bills come to approximately £100.
The current flatmates (excluding me) are two female 25-26 year old professionals, one working as an e-commerce consultant and the other a neurocognitive researcher. They met through SpareRoom and have become friends since!
