Double bedroom available in a lovely flat

Double bedroom available to rent in a charming flat in Queen’s Park, 4 minutes walk from Queen’s Park tube station, NW6. The flat is on the first floor of a two story house. The flat is really bright, with lots of natural light. I furnished it all three months ago so everything is brand new.

The room can come furnished or unfurnished. There is currently a chest of drawers in the room, a bedside table and a sofa bed, as on the pictures. The furnitures would be replaces by a double bed and a small chest of drawers. There is space for a desk if needed There is a large wardrobe just outside the room.

You will be sharing the flat with myself, a 29 year old female professional. Looking for a female roommate of a similar age.

I am a sociable person, tidy and sporty. I am usually outside of the flat quite a lot but enjoy some evenings in and cooking.

The room is available from May 17th (some flexibility with move in date) until January 19th 2025. The contract can be extended beyond that point for another year (with a break clause after that point requiring a two month notice to leave the flat) . I will also be considering lets until September only.

Asking for £1150 per month, bills not included ( around £170 per month).
