Room w/ own bathroom next to park - short term

We are letting a room in our newly refurbished / extended 3 bed, 2 bath flat, on a short term basis. Room is currently available from now until 28 June. However will be available again in July (for 3-4 weeks) and again from mid August.

That flat has beautiful Queens Park on its doorstep, is a 3 min walk to QP station (Bakerloo line, zone 2) and the lovely high street Salusbury Road. Many cafes and pubs, gyms, restaurants, a brewery and wine bar, plus much more all within a matter of minutes walking.

The room on offer is a big double bedroom with 2 x floor to ceiling built in wardrobes. The room comes with a bed, but we can also supply bedding and pillows/duvet if needed. There is brand new carpet and painting (pls respect) and beautiful shutters - you can see the corner of Queens Park from the room.

You will predominantly have the 2nd / main bathroom to yourself, which is just next to the bedroom. There is a shower/bath, toilet and sink + built in storage.

We are a couple - occupying the top floor bedroom and ensuite. The third bedroom in the flat is set up as an office, which we use when working from home some days.

The shared living space is open plan with a living room, dining table and kitchen.

Price includes all bills, including a fortnightly cleaner.

There is some flexibility in the advertised price.
