Double room with bathroom (Queen’s Park)

Double room with its own bathroom available from 1 August.

The room is originally unfurnished but I would prefer someone to takeover my furniture (desk, bed, mattress, clothes rack) as I’m moving abroad. There is plenty of storage space available both within the room and the house.

There is a sitting room with a garden view perfect for summer BBQs. There is also a guest room with its own bathroom available for short visits from family and friends!

The rent: £797
The bills: £135
The furniture: £190

The rent and the bills are paid at the end of the month so if you are moving in August you will need to pay the rent on the 31st July 2024.

The transport links are really good. Bakerloo line, Jubilee line, Brondesbury Overground, Kilburn Park Overground and Queen’s Park Overground are all 10 minutes walk away. Buses get you to central in 30 minutes.

The area is amazing! West Hampstead and Queen’s Park have the best farmer’s markets on the weekend. Lot’s of amazing pubs, cafes and restaurants available. Sainsbury’s and M&S Food are a 5 minute walk.

We are an international household made up of consultants, an architect and a lawyer, so we are looking for a professional to move in. We are a friendly bunch, we enjoy going to our local bar and do a pub quiz once in a while. Everyone is very respectful to each other’s personal space but we enjoy chitchats in the kitchen.
