The room is furnished with a double bed and wardrobe for storage, with lots of space in the bedroom. The flat itself has a bright and airy living room with high ceilings, shared kitchen and bathroom. Very comfortable and charming first floor flat.

Great transport links (London Overground and Bakerloo Lines) only 8 mins away from the stations and a range of buses on the doorstep. Nearby to a sports centre with swimming pool, gyms and the green space of Queen's Park. Independent shops, several pubs/restaurants and a huge Sainsbury's nearby. A short walk down will take you to Notting Hill and the Hammersmith and City line (Ladbroke Grove).

£1,095 pcm + bills. You would be taking the bigger of the two bedrooms.

I’m a pretty chilled out person and easy to get on with. Looking for someone who I can easily get on with too and socialise with occasionally and who is also tidy and respectful. I’ve lived in London over a year now and have really liked living in the area. Enjoy cooking, being out and about and travelling. I usually go to the office 3 days a week in central London.
