We have a Single room in a 2 storey centrally heated shared house with a large quiet garden in Queens Park. Fully equipped kitchen with free use of washing and drying machine. Close to Portobello Road and Westbourne Park (Notting Hill) with hundreds of bars, shops & restaurants. Also near a sports centre with a gym, football pitches, climbing wall and tennis courts. We have a cleaner that comes once a week to clean the kitchen and bathrooms, which is included.

Just 10 minutes' walk to Queen’s Park (Bakerloo Line and Overground) or Westbourne Park (Hammersmith & City and Circle Lines) both Zone 2.

The room is only £737 per month, including all bills, based on a three month minimum term contract. We just ask for a deposit equivalent to 1 month's rent.
