Double room available in Queen's Park

- Double room available from the 15th of March in Queen's Park, 8 minutes walk from Queen's Park train station and 15 minutes walk from Kensal Rise station.

- The room is fully furnished (double bed with mattress, nightstand, desk, chairs, chest of drawers, lots of storing space) and the kitchen has all the amenities needed (washing machine, dryer, fridge, oven, microwave, etc).

- The common spaces (kitchen and bathroom) are shared with three other female flatmates on the 1st floor. The room for rent is on the 2nd floor. It comes with its own small bathroom (toilet, sink and mirror, no shower), also on the 2nd floor.

- There is a cleaning rota where one housemate cleans the flat every weekend, so you'll need to clean the flat once a month.
We are looking for someone who is clean, tidy and mindful of other people's schedules as some of the other flatmates need to get up very early for work, including on weekends.
This is a women-only flat.

- Bills are NOT included in the £549 rent.
Bills come around an extra £91 per month, depending on season + heating and electricity usage.
Bills include: Council Tax (£47.50 per person per month), Water, Gas & Electricity (around £33 per person per month), Internet (£11 per person per month).
Rent + Bills = approx. £640 per month.
