Nice and cozy two bedroom Victorian flat with high ceilings and a shared garden. Kitchen includes washing machine and dishwasher. The overall vibe of the flat is peaceful, relaxed, and charming.
The room comes partly furnished.
The area includes lovely pubs and restaurants, as well as the park, farmers market and various cute shops.
It has very good transport links to the Bakerloo line, various overground stations (including Lioness and Mildmay) and local buses.
You'll be living with: Arianna (me!) a 32 year old working in the film industry, I love everything related to the arts and design, as well as an evening with drinks and good conversations. I value a peaceful and clean household with open communication and mutual respect.
I'm looking for someone who is friendly, tidy, and easy-going. Someone who is a professional and who enjoys both downtime as well as social gatherings.
My flatmate is moving out in early April so I’m looking for someone to take her place long term (6 months minimum).
