Furnished double room available in a light 2 bed, top floor flat in Queens park.
Separate living room and kitchen with a shared bathroom.

My housemate has brought a flat and is moving out so looking for someone friendly, easy going and used to house sharing to move in.
I’m a midwife so work long days and night shift so would be preferable for whoever moves in to mostly work in the office due to me sleeping in the day sometimes however 1-2days from home would be fine.

The lease is until August and you would need to sign onto the lease until then and then can sign for another year in August.

Bills and council tax not included and would be split between us.

Great location and excellent transport links-5min walk to Brondsbury park Overground, 10min walk to Kilburn park- Jubilee line and just over a 10min walk to Queen parks-Bakerloo line.

Really nice flat and I love living here, great location with queens park just down the road full of great coffee shops, restaurants and pubs. The landlord gets things fixed really quickly and is really nice and chilled.

Looking for someone who wants to live in a home and happy to chat, hang out together sometimes but also good with personal space and has their own life going on.
