You would be sharing with me and one other flatmate.
The flat is beautifully light and airy and on the upper two floors of a Victorian terraced house in a quiet family street in Queen’s Park.
There is a big modern shared kitchen/dining room with all the mod cons and large dining table.
We have great transport links - just five minutes walk to Queen’s Park station, (Bakerloo tube and Euston to Watford Overground lines Zone 2) and less than 10 minutes walk to Brondesbury Park Overground (Zone 2) on the Richmond/Clapham Junction to Stratford line.
We’re five minutes to the beautiful park and the shops, coffee bars and restaurants in Salusbury Road as well as all the great shopping and cheap eats in Kilburn High Road. There is also a popular farmers’ market just around the corner on Sundays.
The rent for the room is £975 pcm including bills (council tax, utilities, Wi-Fi and TV licence).
One month’s deposit to hold the room and first and final months’ rent in advance.
All first viewings are carried out via Whatsapp or FaceTime video call.
