Large airy double bedroom available to rent in 3 bed house on Ingelow Road, just behind Queenstown Road. The room was repainted and recarpeted 2 years ago and comes fully furnished. It shares a bathroom, (with shower and bath) with one other room.

The house has a large dining/living room (double reception room), eat in large kitchen and nice garden, really great for entertaining. The other two tenants are both professionals, Ed (30) who works in property and Rachael (30) who is in Finance. They have both lived in the house for 2 years + and are easy going and fun but career minded too and like to keep the house clean and tidy.

We have a cleaner once a week, her fees are included in the monthly rental price as well as Council Tax, Electricity, gas, & TV licence.

The house is really well placed for transport links, just 5 minutes walk to Queenstown Road Station (Waterloo/City), 7 minutes to Battersea Park over ground station (Victoria). 156, 137, 452 buses all stop very near the house (Sloane Square 15 mins), very easy and quick to reach central London. 15 walk to Clapham Common (Northern Line). The house is also about a 10 minute walk to Battersea Park.

There are loads of great local pubs and restaurants very near.
