THE ROOM:

Includes double bed, large built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and mirror. Does not include desk and desk chair. Bills come to £105 per person, so your total rent per month will be £705..

THE FLAT:

3-bed flat with shared kitchen/living space and decked garden. The bathroom is shared with 1 other flatmate. There is also an entrance hallway area for additional storage and space for clothes drying.

THE AREA:

Flat is located on Queenstown Road. (timings below are walking)
- Battersea Park and Clapham Common (15-min)
- Plenty of restaurants, pubs, shops etc and train stations within a short walk (15/20-mins) or bus journey - Clapham High Street & Common, Clapham Junction, Battersea Power Station, Queenstown Road Station and Battersea Park Station.
- There is a Sainsburys Local/ Tesco Express and Post Office close by (5-mins) and a bigger Asda and Lidl 15/20mins away.
- Brixton & up into west London are only about 20-mins on a bus. There is a bus stop just a few seconds from the flat.

FLATMATES:

Becky (27) works in Marketing for an education company and Maria (28) works in Logistics at a wine/spirits company - mix of WFH and in offices. Both enjoy reading, exercise, theatre, language learning, TV/ movies, walks and getting out to explore and see pals around London. We usually hang out in evenings making dinner and watching TV together. We're looking for someone who is also looking to make friends but we also respect each others need for space to chill and have your own time!
