This is a fully furnished double room, in a ground floor 2 bedrooms Victorian flat. The flat has a sharing bathroom, cosy lounge, kitchen and private garden.

The flat is located on Queenstown Road - very close to Battersea Park and Clapham Common.

There are good transport links too, with buses to the west end, Clapham, Vauxhall to name a few and also a night bus service. Also close to Queenstown Road and Battersea Park national rail stations and the new Northern Line station at Nine Elms and Battersea Power Station, as well as Clapham Common Station.

There’s a Sainsbury Local and Tesco Express within walking distance 5 and plenty of bars, pubs and restaurants.

You going to share the house with me, a friendly professional gay male work in the Digital Advertising sector and a senior Jack Russel. At this moment I am working mostly from home.

I am looking for someone full time professional, down to earth, easy-going, creative and respectful. Who also can keep the home tidy and clean. I would very much like the person who is making the flat as home, socialising each other, and become a good friend/family whilst maintaining our own lives. Dog and plants' lover is a plus.
