The location is excellent, and four tube stations are within walking distance. The bathroom is shared. There is a washing machine but no dryer. We have also had some repairs done, and the house was renovated eight months ago, so it is in good condition.
I am vacating this apartment and seeking someone to take over my contract. Therefore, the rent and deposit are non-negotiable.
