Come join our amazing Ravenscourt Park flat!

Our wonderful housemate is sadly leaving us to move to France in mid-March meaning we have 1 double furnished room available in our 3 bed Ravenscourt Park flat. You will be sharing a bathroom with one other super clean housemate and get to enjoy a generous flat with a good sized kitchen and spacious sunny living room.

We are based right down the road from the King St Mall shops, and have great access to various transport links - 5min walk to Ravenscourt Park station (District), 10-15 min walk to Hammersmith (District, Piccadilly, Hammersmith & City and Circle), as well as buses right out the door! Also super easy to get to White City Westfield.

Your housemates -
Sam - 30F Aussie, works in sporting events, easy going and will get around any gigs, shows or events! Trying to get into her fitness era but will you’ll often find her watching TV instead.

Jacqui - 30F, Aussie, works as a primary teacher and education recruitment and is super chill. Loves a chit chat over a wine but also loves a quiet couch day. Loves cooking (eating), watching trash TV and going to the occasional gym class.

You - 25-35, clean, non-smoker. Would love you to match our easy going, friendly vibe, and be down to obsess over The Traitors with us.

The Fine Print - Referencing is required by the agency, min £35k salary and a permanent job or contract beyond end date of the current rental agreement (Sep 5th).

Move in date from Monday 16th March with current lease ending early September (although we’re likely to extend).

RENT - £950/month
Bills - approx £120/month
Deposit - £1192
