Where: near Hammersmith, 5-10 mins walk from the closest tube stations, two supermarkets a few mins walk away, lots of cafes/restaurants/pubs close by, and near the river.
Space: 4 beds, 2 bathrooms, gorgeous big living room.
Who: 3 girls - we are all in our mid-20s, are friends from uni, and work in professional services.
Rent: recently confirmed to be £1k a month for another year.
Bills: not included, but around £100 per month (Council Tax band F)
Landlord: private Landlord who is really nice and very responsive.
When: ideally end of June but happy to discuss exact timings as there is some flexibility.

We are looking for someone who wants to become a part of our home and is of a similar age. We all get on really well and enjoy spending time with one another in the evenings and on weekends, but we are also good at living our own independent lives.
