Large Double Room with En-Suite - Ravenscourt Park

Our lovely flatmate is moving out to live with their boyfriend so we are looking for a new flatmate to join the two of us in our almost riverside home (less than 2 minute walk from the Thames and plenty of great pubs!). We’re also a 5 minute walk from Ravenscourt Park Station and 15 from Hammersmith (Zone 2).

The room is a large bright double with an en suite toilet + walk-in shower on the 2nd floor of a 3-bed flat.

There is a spacious living room, separate kitchen and another bathroom shared by the other 2 flatmates downstairs.

The room is unfurnished, but the rest of the flat has already been furnished by us - new additions warmly welcomed. It's very much a home and we take good care of it.

We are Kat and Angus, both professionals who work in the arts and have lived here now for almost 2 years. We enjoy the usual pub trips in a sunny spot, cultural stuff, but also a chill night in as much as a good boogie. Angus makes a mean morning coffee and I do a cracking martini (so if you like an espresso martini…)

We’re looking for a flatmate who’s friendly and always up for a post-work chit chat - hopefully someone we can call a mate.

Value adds include: dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge / freezer to yourself, gas stove and coffee machine (if you care), the mighty air fryer, a Nintendo Wii, record player and a small but sunny balcony (out the back of Kat’s room)
