On the ground floor is a reception / dining room, opening to the kitchen. A separate utility room is equipped with Miele separate washing and drying machines and large Bosch fridge and freezer.

Currently there are 5 housemates, friendly professionals aged 22 to 36, from England, with one French. Occupations include Design, Charity, Finance, Hotel Management, Television.

Bills of 25 per week cover utilities, council tax, High speed broadband, TV, and a weekly cleaner.

Hamlet Gardens is situated just off Ravenscourt Park, with its tennis courts and playground, and a few minutes walk from Ravenscourt Park tube station. It is a quiet street, and the bedroom available is at the rear, with sunny view to the South.

There are lots of interesting independent shops, cafes and restaurants round the corner on King Street. A few minutes East are the Big shops of Hammersmith, while a few minutes West there are the bars and restaurants of Chiswick. Local Tesco and Sainsbury are both within 5 minutes walk.
