Our house is located in an ultra convenient location a short walk from Raynes Park Station.. We are very close to the local shops, cafes and bars including the local Waitrose and Starbucks. We also have the David Lloyd leisure centre a stroll away as well as a Tesco superstore within walking distance. There are brilliant transport links into Wimbledon (3 minutes), Clapham Junction, Vauxhall (15 minutes), Waterloo (20 minutes), Kingston and Surbiton. There is also a night bus from central London.

The interior of the house is nuetrally decorated, with solid floors or tile throughout much of the property. We have a comfortable shared lounge for relaxing and a nice sunny garden perfect for summer Bar-B-Q's. The kitchen has the usual mod cons and the house has a bathroom with shower over and a separate wc.

We have a lovely spacious double room which comes furnished with a double bed, a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers. It has a large window which allows the light to flood in. There is original stripped wooden flooring to the bedroom..

You will be sharing with three other considerate professionals who each do their bit to ensure the house is a welcoming home to return to after a hard day's work!.

The rent is excluding bills and the equivalent of one months rent is required as deposit to secure the room. The council tax band is D.
