Top floor double with ensuite and juliette balcony

Monday to Friday let. Our house was fully refubished a few years ago and we are looking to rent our beautifully refurbished double bedroom with ensuite shower room (with underfloor heating and powerful shower). It has a kingsize bed, built in wardrobes, a juliette balcony and a tv with freeview.
We have a large modern eat in kitchen, which leads to the garden via bi fold doors.
We are a professional couple in our 30s and fairly busy, we love dogs and we are looking to rent to someone similar. We have a gorgeous, but nervous rescue Border Terrier so we need someone who loves dogs!
There is secure storage at the front of the house for a bicycle.
Raynes park train station is a five minute walk, which then take 23 minutes to Waterloo. There are plenty of lovely pubs and restaurants nearby, plus Wimbledon Village is close by too.
