Large room in big, quiet house with garden

Hey. We're looking for a 3rd housemate in our house. It's a large end-terrace place with open plan kitchen/dining room, lounge, decent size garden and parking on the drive. If you have a load of stuff you can even put some in the loft...

We're in a quiet, safe suburban area between Morden and Raynes Park, right next to the bus stops which take you to Morden (15 min) or Sutton (not sure!). There's a Co-op, kebab shop and Chinese takeaway 8 minutes away too.

Otherwise, it's a 20 minute walk to Raynes Park with trains every few minutes to Clapham (11 min) and Waterloo (22 min). We have access to the back gate of the garden, so if you have a bike you can pop it round the side of the house.

The kitchen has all the usual stuff which we share - lots of pots, plates, cutlery/random gadgets, and there's a microwave, dishwasher, oven and a big stove. Your room is fully furnished with a TV, wardrobe, bed (4 months old) and basically everything you see in the photos. Basically, all you need to bring is your stuff, everything else is here for you to use!

We're looking for someone who's clean, professional and relatively quiet - it's not a party house, those days are sadly long gone! Couples are fine, this room is available as the couple who were in there moved out to get a place of their own. I work in events so I'm in and out at random times, and my other housemate does more conventional hours so he's around more.

Rent is £600 a month, due in the middle of the month and bills/tax are extra. The lounge TV has NowTV and Amazon Prime Video which we pay for, you won't need to contribute towards it.

Someone's usually in after 6.30pm weekdays and some weekends. Drop me a message if you fancy coming to meet us and have a look!
