Large Furnished Room - Friendly Flatshare

Hi there!

I’m seeking a friendly professional to share this current flat, as my friend is moving to the US. I’m looking for someone who will keep the flat clean and tidy, but also someone that would like to hangout and hopefully be friends! I’m a 26 year-old professional. In my free time I enjoy socialising, going to the gym, nights out every now and then, chilled nights in with Netflix and exploring new places.

The flat is very spacious and is made up of two bedrooms, a large lounge/dining area, kitchen, hallway, toilet and separate bathroom (with a bath and overhead shower). The bedroom advertised has a large king-size bed, plenty of storage and is available furnished. It’s very convenient to get into central London from the flat (20 mins on the Overground from Raynes Park to Waterloo). There are also two bus stops right outside the flat, one that goes to Wimbledon (for the District Line) and the other stops at Morden (for the Northern Line). So it is very easy to travel around from this location. There are also numerous amenities nearby such as shops, restaurants and we are also a 10-minute walk from Raynes Park station.

The flat is based on the ground floor and has full-time private off-street parking available (if needed). The total rent including all bills is £825 per month. The bills are approx £150 and include Virgin TV, Virgin WiFi, Council Tax, Water, Gas and Electric. Reference checks will also be required and will cost £26.95, through a company that the Landlord uses. The landlord is also lovely and very quick to respond/sort any issues.
