We have a double room available from the 1st of April 2026 in Raynes Park SW20.

We are looking for a non-smoker who is tidy, respectful and easy-going. This room is suitable for a FULL-TIME working professional who does not work from home. Unfortunately, we cannot accept students or couples.

About the flat:

-Fully Equipped Kitchen,
-Brand new washing machine / dryer,
-Fast, unlimited Wi-fi Broadband,
-Located only 5 minutes by BUS to Raynes Park station,
-The room is furnished with a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe and chest of drawers,
-The rent is 700£ per month - All bills are included!

The flat is just a one-minute walk from the bus stop. The bus 57 goes towards Kingston or Clapham Park and 265 goes to Putney or Tolworth. There are plenty of green area nearby, including Wimbledon Common or Richmond Park.

Only two people currently live in the flat. We both work full time, are down-to-earth and respectful, and are looking for a like-minded flatmate.
