House has 2 floors plus a large loft space for storage, 2 bathrooms including one with a shower over a large bath, shared home office (one of us works from home) and a combo washer/dryer. There's ample free parking on our street plus a shared drive and it's accessible to several transport links (busses and trains).
Bills are about £100 per month including council tax (Band D) and fast internet.
Current housemate is leaving due to change in job. You'll be sharing with an easygoing couple in their 30's/40's who like movies, cooking travelling and socialising.
