The utility bills are included in the rent (Wi-fi and maintenance service are given as a courtesy).

We offer bi weekly cleaning and maintenance service, also Wi-Fi as a courtesy. We don't charge for these services provided. It's just to keep our standard.

**All the flatmates are young professionals people, they are clean and respectful, so we are looking to keep it in the same standard.
