Large beautiful double room in Raynes Park

Large double room is available in a fabulous house share with plenty of storage and an amazing garden in Raynes Park.

The room is located on the ground floor of a 5 bedroom house. Please note, the room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawer and a one door mirrored wardrobe. However, if you would like to have an unfurnished room, that could work too.

Since one flatmate has an en-suite room upstairs, you would only share the bathroom with the other 4 tenants and there has never been an issue as everyone has different work shifts.

The house has fabulous communal spaces including a conservatory, lounge, kitchen and extensive garden (50m). All equipped and ready for you to move in. There are entertainment areas in the garden for summer bbq's or quiet reading spots, depending on your preference.

The housemates are all really lovely and are all professionals (occupational therapist, an account administrator. a vocal coach and a retail god). All very sociable and easy to get on with.

We are 10-15 walk from Raynes Park Train Station, depending on how fast you walk, with regular trains into central London. The 163 bus route is just up the road, with busses into Wimbledon and Mordon. And Tesco Extra is 5 mins walk away (open 24 hours).

We have a cleaner that comes every 2 weeks to clean the communal areas.

We are looking for a **female only** replacement tenant who is professional, sociable, clean and tidy as I am moving in with my partner.

Side note: our contract runs out next year February 2025 and won't be renewed, hence the room is only free for 7 months. However, due to low costs and the amazing garden during summer, it will be so worth it.

Costs:
Rent £680 (includes - C/Tax, Gas & Elct, Broadband, TV Licence, Gardener, Cleaning products/bog roll for the house, etc.).

Move-in date can be super flexible!!! June or July or early August. We will be holding interviews on 4th of June in the evening.
