Flatmate wanted in gorgeous Double Bedroom flat

Double room available in a friendly flat in Raynes Park. I’ve really loved living here, but I’m relocating which is why the room is becoming available!

The room is furnished with a bed (with under the bed storage), wardrobes and a shoe rack, so there’s good storage and space to make it your own.

You’d be sharing the flat with one other person (Female 32 year old professional).

There’s a shared living room and kitchen, and we also have a garden with a table and chairs which is really nice in the warmer months. Living room and kitchen are fully furnished.

The flat is about a 15 minute walk from both New Malden and Raynes Park station, so it’s easy to get into central London. There’s also a large field nearby, as well as parks, pubs, gyms and some really nice restaurants. Two high streets are close by with plenty of shops and cafés.

Ideally looking for someone who’s tidy, respectful and looking for a comfortable place to call home.
