Our house is located a short walk from Raynes Park Station. We are close to the local shops, cafes and bars including the local Waitrose and Starbucks. We also have the local David Lloyd leisure centre a stroll away as well as a huge Tesco superstore within walking distance. There are brilliant transport links into Wimbledon (3 minutes), Clapham Junction, Waterloo (20 minutes), Kingston and Surbiton!
The interior of the house is neutrally furnished with original wooden flooring in the main rooms. We have a comfortable shared lounge for relaxing overlooking a nice garden and playing field perfect for summer Bar-B-Q's.
We are offering a spacious sunny double bedroom which comes fully furnished with a large wardrobe and two chests of drawers. The room has a huge window that makes the room light and bright, looking out to the playing fields beyond. There is also a small bay window to the side.
You will be sharing with three other friendly, considerate professionals.. We really do our best to make the house more a home than a houseshare!
The rent is excluding bills and the equivalent of one month’s rent is required as deposit to secure the room.
