The flat is a ground floor Mock Tudor maisonette, set in a quiet and friendly cul de sac. With its own private garden and garage, it comprises of a grood sized living room, modern bathroom (powerful shower!), very sunny kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, washer /dryer, dishwasher, leading onto the well maintained sunny garden.
The bedroom itself is a good size, with double bed with storage underneath, a double wardrobe, additional cupboard, and is carpeted with double glazing. There’s enough space for you to add your own stuff if you wish.
The garage will also provide additional storage if needed.
The neighbourhood is quiet yet friendly.
The 24/7 Tesco Extra 10 minutes walk away is very practical.
You are close to Raynes Park station which takes you straight to Waterloo in 16 minutes. You have a big Waitrose and Local Sainsbury and many other shops nearby.
You are also near to New Malden town centre for a wide choice of Korean restaurants, Waitrose, Lidl, a couple of gyms and other shops.
There are a few good bus routes to Tooting, Clapham, Wimbledon and Kingston.
As for me, I am a professional who is relaxed, friendly, has a great sense of humour and enjoys meeting new people. At the same time respectful of other people's need for privacy and bit of quiet.
Looking for flatmate who is clean, tidy, respectful and would like to stay in a place which is more of a home rather than just a place to stay.
